Shipping

Every Aura Pendant is a finished, one of one piece, ready to find its person. Here is everything you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During this time we inspect, polish, and carefully package your piece by hand so it arrives looking its best. Processing happens Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. No minimum, no code needed.

Once your order ships, ground delivery typically takes [3 to 7 business days], depending on your location. Your total wait is the processing time plus this transit time.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase is placed. Once your piece ships, we will send a second email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship select Aura Pendants internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We package every piece with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange as outlined in our Returns and Exchanges policy. If your tracking shows a package as delayed, stuck, or lost in transit, contact us at chrysalisstrategies@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though if you catch a mistake quickly, reach out right away and we will do our best to help before your order ships.
