Welcome to Aura Pendants. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of our handmade pieces. By browsing or buying from Aurapendants.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them so we are on the same page from the start.

Aura Pendants is operated by Chrysalis Strategy Group LLC. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Aura Pendants, and "you" refers to you, our visitor or customer.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping policy, and Returns and Exchanges policy, which are all part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.

3. Our Products

Every Aura Pendant is handmade and one of one. Because each piece is poured, cured, and assembled by hand, natural variations in color, finish, gemstone placement, and inclusions are part of the craft and are expected. Product images show the design and style, and your piece will be similar while being uniquely its own. These variations are not considered defects.

We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them perfectly.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable shipping and taxes.

We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. In the rare case of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been confirmed.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, errors in pricing or availability, or limits on quantities. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund for that order.

6. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled according to our Shipping policy, which includes processing times and delivery details. Please review that policy for full information.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade to be one of one, all sales are final, with the exception of orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. Those may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns and Exchanges policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, designs, text, logos, the Aura Pendants name, and the pendants themselves as original works, is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or use any of our content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

While we pour care into every piece and every detail of this site, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that our products will meet every expectation beyond what is described. Your use of the site and products is at your own discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Pendants and Chrysalis Strategy Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
